I attended the GB Para Selection Fianls at Weston Lawns on 20th May where I came 3rd in the Grade III competitons behind Simon Laurens and Daniel Manning. Following this competition GB have anounced the 9 riders (see below) who have been put forward as nominated entries for Hartpury in July.
Grade I: Anne Dunham (BB Call Me Caine) Sophie Christiansen (Martini Maybe) Lee Pearson (Blue Circle Boy) Ricky Balshaw (Deacon Giorgi)
Grade II: Alex McNamara (Cappelano) Nicola Tustain (Prinz Heinrich), Jo Pitt (Lambrusco III or Rocco),
Grade III: Simon Laurens (Ocean Diamond)
Grade IV: Michelle Crunkhorn (No Limits V)
For the first time in the history of the FEI Games, all eight disciplines will take place in one venue, outside Europe. |

"Our commitment to the games and the magnificent facilities at the Kentucky Horse Park will allow the para-equestrian portion of the games to be held simultaneously with other disciplines for the first time ever," said Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher.
The 2010 FEI Games in Lexington, Kentucky will run the para-equestrian section of the Games alongside other equestrian disciplines
