We had good trip to Belgium via the Hull to Zeebrugge overnight ferry - Indi arrived in good shape. The first training session Indi was not too easy but after that he warmed up well.
I was very pleased with the championship test as there were more than 13 people in the class. Marks were low and I only scored 64.22 but in doing so, I beat the Belgian champion (Bert Vermeir ) on both his lovely horses, the French rider (El Sarakby) and the Norwegian (Anne Cecile Ore) as well as several others. I was very pleased to get into the prizes (the only Irish rider to do so) and was also very close on day 1. None of the marks except for Annika Lykke Dalskov from Denmark were over 70% in Team or Championship tests for the grade III.
