Snow., snow and more snow!!!
What can I say? January was basically written off as far as riding is concerned. It seemed to be snowing constantly, and once the snow stopped, there was a layer of ice over teh outdoor school and our lane so it was a trial every time we needed to turn the horses out - never mind trying to ride! Some days I managed to ride, but only in walk as the school was rock hard!
The RDA training day with Margot Tiffany on the 17th got cancelled but I managed a couple of sessions with Sue in her indoor school - once we manged to get the lorry out of our lane, and Ali managed to lunge the horses a few times.
